Payment-card details are handled by the enabled third-party Card Payment collector during checkout. NovaLikes receives payment-related status and order accounting information rather than storing full card numbers.
Support information
If you contact support, NovaLikes may collect the full name, email address, subject, optional order ID, message content, and browser user-agent information submitted with the contact form.
Technical information
Depending on how you use the site, NovaLikes may process limited technical information such as:
- IP address used for free-tool rate limiting and abuse prevention

Free tools
NovaLikes free tools process the public usernames or public content URLs you submit so the tool can attempt to return publicly available profile, media, or count information. Free tools do not require social media passwords and are not the same as paid NovaLikes services.
NovaLikes does not request access to private social media accounts for the services and tools described on the site.

NovaLikes may receive order identifiers, line-item details, payment status, and related transaction information needed to confirm orders, support customers, account for payments, and handle disputes. Complete card numbers are handled by the payment collector according to that provider’s practices.
Package prices on NovaLikes are shown in USD (US Dollar) unless another currency display is configured for a specific experience.

NovaLikes retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, records, security, accounting, and legal obligations, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Specific retention periods are not published on this page until a verified retention schedule is configured. NovaLikes will not invent retention timeframes for public display.

Customers should never provide social media passwords. NovaLikes does not require customers to provide their Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook passwords for the services described on the site.
